Royal mail and VTR rate
hi
we are using royal mail 24 or 48 ,
In case of the parcel ID tracking does not show anything ( in other words, there is no scanning ) , the amazon counts it as a non valid tracking.
because of this, the rate is lower than 95% and warned ,
what could be a solution ?
thanks

Read the FAQs of the VTR policy - particularly the bit about un-scanned orders.

I have been sending Large Letter via RM 24/48 and as Royal Mail haven’t scanned them when posted through the client letterbox they have used them negatively against my VTR.
They called me the other day to ‘discuss’ this as I am 85% and they could not speak to me in any credible way about this…its an absolute shambles!
I kept referencing them back to THEIR policies and the unscanned paragraph but yet again…kept repeating to review the policies!

I have a problem with this also, my Hermes labels printed on here don’t seem to be counting as valid tracking either. So why offer them as an option through Amazon, then??? Please correct me if I’m wrong.
