Read onlyHi,
I created a listing of popular cartoon with permission from the manufacturer to purchase products from an authorized distributor and resell them. Now, I have received a Suspected Intellectual Property Violation notice from Amazon.
I have submitted to Amazon the invoice from the authorized distributor, a brand authorization letter indicating that the distributor is permitted to resell these products to us, and a contract letter between the manufacturer and a cartoon character. The letter clearly states that the manufacturer can produce and resell these products, but support is only providing computer-generated responses.
Here is case ID 9533762502
Kindly help
Hi @Seller_akJ088FtRNOHy, thank you for providing your case ID.
I am afraid that if you won't provide the letter of authorization from the brand that is allowing you to sell your offer on Amazon, your appeal will be getting rejected.
As per Amazon Intellectual Property Policy, you might be able to sell someone else’s copyrighted work on Amazon if you have received permission from the copyright owner.
