Amazon buy shipping tracking numbers

We have been using Amazon’s buy shipping to post items and have just had a customer message claiming INR. When I check the order there is no tracking number showing, I have checked others and they are all the same. How can I find this information to check if the packages have been delivered? I previously used click and drop - integrated to Amazon and the tracking numbers were uploaded automatically. Hopefully someone here can help. TIA

if you are buying standard 1st or 2nd class Letters or Large Letters and paying amazon for them, there are no tracking numbers

If you drop them off at the post office to get scanned then I believe the proof of posting shows the delivery confirmation number also.

I have been in contact with Amazon and they tell me to claim for non delivery through the carrier, Royal Mail, but of course I can’t do that without a tracking number. My postage confirmation does not show any tracking numbers either. I (wrongly) assumed that Amazon would upload the numbers when I bought the postage through them as Royal Mail does. I only switched to “buy shipping” after getting warnings that my account was at risk - even though all tracking numbers were showing. Now it seems as though we have to manually write each number down from the postage label, which will take a great deal of time. This is the first INR I have had since changing over and it seems as though I have no option but to refund without knowing if it’s delivered or not.
