Review poor FBM performance

Recently, I was going to sell a chair in the store (this product meets the corresponding category "Home&Kitchen" or "Toy&Game"). I have listed it many times and have many links to "Home&Kitchen". The inventory management page shows "Review poor FBM performance ”, which made me very upset because I looked at the orders in recent years, and the store did not have any orders for the "Home&Kitchen" category. Then I changed the product to the "Toy&Game" category, and it still showed it like this.

I tried to solve this problem in various ways, through case and checking past performance notices, and found the complaint entrance, but none of them could be solved. What puzzled me is that this store does not have a "Home&Kitchen" FBM order, but it still shows it like this.

Customer service said that you could try to convert FBA link to FBM link to solve this problem, but after many attempts, it still failed.

I can't find the reason for this, can anyone help me? I'm very anxious about this and I hope to get a reply from official Amazon staff.

Could be VTR related? Have you checked that?

What actually happens if you click on Review poor FBM performance?

You also have poor feedback, though it is over 6 months old at this point - but this could impact your Order Defect Rate.

Have you sorted out the return issues noted by the feedback? It appears customers were being told they had to pay for returns to China. Given they appear to be clothing then the seller is ALWAYS responsible for the return costs and if you didn't have a UK return address, even that didn't matter as you would have had to supply a prepaid return label for return to China anyway.
