Postage on bulk buy

Every time I go to bulk buy postage it chooses the wrong amount even though I used RM 48 for everything. This involves laboriously going through changing it to the correct one.

Why doesn't it remember this? It's so time consuming. Is there any way of setting it to RM 48?
