Amazon certificate (CPC for baby) + Company not in USA
Hello,
I am launching a new product for baby and Amazon ask me some certificate.
I have one certiface CPC for my principal product but not for the accessories so my supplier will send me it later.
But the problem is that I don't put label like they said.
And my cargo will arrive to Amazon in 2 weeks.
So I don't know how I can do ...
Moreover, I have a company in France and they told me that I need to be in USA ?
How I can do ?
Thanks for your help ...

Greetings @Seller_5qEgnI56K9B4O,
Thank you for reaching out with your questions. In general if you are unable to provide a valid Children's Product Certificate for your products, they will not be able to be sold on Amazon.com. I recommend you review the help page linked above to review all the requirements for children's and baby products in the United States. As a seller you are responsible to ensure all your products meet the expectations of both Amazon Policy and all applicable laws in the marketplace you are selling. As I'm not a lawyer, I would recommend that you reach out to an expert in product compliance to ensure your products meet all the expectations presented. Thank you for your understanding.
Please reach out if you have any questions. I'll attempt to address them where possible.
