The account can't be unfrozen - the balance is enough

Hi . Some time ago you helped me to cope with a problem of payment for VAT. The amazon balance is enough to cover the debt, however we can&#39;t reach anyone from the corresponding team to unfreeze our money. Please help to reach them out, substract the amount and unfreeze our account.your help would me much appreciated!!Regards,V

For legal reasons I don’t think Amazon can use your account balance to pay off Vat debts- unless something has changed recently?
