A bug in the system

Hello!

I have an error with my account. I passed all verifications a long time ago, and recently after re-verification, I reactivated the account and received a positive response (provided a screenshot)

, after which a bug appeared. It shows me something like Invalid Address, which is not true because the address was verified a long time ago.

I opened a case (ID 16883303231 and ID 16911791511) about this problem and the support team said that all the verifications on my account are fine and maybe the error will go away after 72 hours, but it didn't and they said they can't help because the error is not about verification , and this is just a bug. Perhaps I should contact other support, for example, technical support, but I do not understand how to do this. I understand that this is just a bug, but I am not sure that it will not affect the payouts and therefore I want this bug to be removed.
