Individual account - Sorry, this item can't be sent to your selected address
Hi, I am trying to sell individual on amazon uk some of my staff. I have my own GTIN codes and from couple of months listing of few items i want to sell. But when somebody or me trying to buy any of my items i have notification:
“Sorry, this item can’t be sent to your selected address. Learn more. You may either change the delivery address or delete the item from your order. You can also see if this item is available for delivery to your address from another seller.”
Amazon dont give me any feedback what i done wrong in my listings - they are active and dont have any errors.

Please help me with any info what could i do?

Your listing works fine.
I successfully managed to get to checkout with your mug by using my brother’s UK address.
But it won’t accept my french address. That is when you will see the red warning message.
PS You can not buy your own products.

Yes I can too managed to get to checkout, however I can see that there is two buying options for this product that it seems odd. Have you add this product two times in your inventory?
