Can I stop selling to single Countries?

Is there is a way to block sales from certain countries? as I am getting a lot of INR from 2 countries can I blocks sales to them countries?

If you go to shipping templates on the sites you sell to those countries and edit the regions, you may be able to remove them

That is the way I thought I would be able to do it but it does not allow for single countries to be removed unless I am doing it wrong.

I think on some you have to disable more than one country ie the whole region
