Product Authenticity Customer Complaints with No Sales
Hello i have got a few Product Authenticity Customer Complaints for ASIN with no sales. A few of them have been have been purchased through liquidation pallets with no invoice that states the individual items. I have tried explaining that to the Account Health Support Team but they just give me the same bot answer over and over. Is there any other way i can get rid of this strikes or is it over for my account?

Its possibly come from the brand owner of the listing, and they restrict who could actualy resell on amazon.
So they don't really want people buying liquidation pallets and selling.
If you can't show a valid supply chain, you are out of luck. Have you been deactivated, or is there a warning?

If you are in the UK marketplace. Unlike the USA marketplace, you still have the chance of activation.
Post your deactivation email notification (remove personal info).
We recently got activated after being deactivated due to Authenticity for more than 6 months.
