Natwest Business Account Charges

Is anyone using Natwest Business Account, I’ve been using it for the past year and the promo period of 0 charge on transactions is coming to an end. Will they charge 0.35p for EVERY transaction as per their website or have I read it wrong? 0.35p sounds nuts!

sounds about normal. We have similar fees with our bank - personal banking is free - business banking is far from it!

Here’s a list of the charges for natwest

Not too sure which type of account you have with them, but the 35p is for automated payments, there are higher fees for other transactions.

Thanks guys, I’ll only be using it for disbursements and buying stock, I’ve read the full charges, I may have to reduce the disbursements rate to save a few pence a month

We used to use them, and left for this reason. Our various currency credit card accounts were depositing upwards of 10-15 times per day.

We now use Lloyds Business - Flat £7/month for basic services.

Same as @PeterB, we use Lloyds - flat rate of 7.00 a month all included, and we have hundreds of transactions in the course of each month.

Lloyds look like a good option, I’ll see if the math maths. Thanks

Have a Look at Starling Bank Business Account No Monthly Fees

It may be the solution you are looking for depending how you use the account, and what you need from it
