I’m seeking advice on how to handle an ongoing issue with our courier, Evri, whose scanning delays are impacting our Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime on-time shipment rate. Despite using Amazon’s Buy Shipping services and ensuring timely dispatch from our end, our shipment rate fell to 94.99%, primarily due to these scanning delays.
