Item descriptions and bullet points missing from active listings

last week - all of my listings descriptions and bullet points were removed from amazon. all of my information is still listed under my listings on seller central, but gone on actual live listings. I was told to do a full spreadsheet update - which I did and it still is not fixed. I also went thru each listing and made sure each listing was 100% complete and updated - which also did not work. Anybody have any other ideas?
