Had virtual interview, went well but no follow up at all. Account still locked. Can any one help?

I had my virtual interview, it went smoothly and I provided all the information requested. After completing the virtual interview the agent, Vincinio, said an email would be sent to me to complete the reactivation process IN ABOUT 30 MIN if I passed the online evaluation. It has been 48 h and no email other than a survey. My account is still deactivated. What can I do now please??

About that 48 hour part---------------

EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.

Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.

For Brand Registry three to four weeks is getting pretty close to resolution time in MOST cases though some take even longer.

Honestly if anything less than two to three weeks is 'too long for waiting' you are going to have a very stressful AND disappointing time on Amazon.

They are well known for making a snail look fast.

Sit back, relax, and study Seller U so your next message is not “please help with my Section 3 suspension”.

I received an email on Jul 22 attached saying my account has been reactivated, but it has not been.

Can anyone at Amazon help, please? It has been 2 weeks since I received that email.
