Has anyone else experienced customer feedback being wrongly assigned to their account?In the past few days, we have had two separate cases where negative feedback from a different order (and seller) was incorrectly linked to our account. In both cases, the customer confirmed the mistake and tried to change it, but Amazon’s system did not allow them to do so. Despite providing proof, Amazon refuses to remove the feedback, saying it does not violate their guidelines. This is clearly a system error, and it is unfairly affecting our seller metrics. If others have faced a similar issue, please share your experience. If this is a widespread problem, Amazon needs to investigate and fix it immediately.Looking forward to your insights.

could you please tell me the order IDs where these wrong negative feedbacks are linked to in your account? Please also tell me the case ID from your contact with Seller Support if have one. I am happy to look into it.
