Locked out of Account - Two Step Verification

As part of the two step verification during login, I was using the Authenticator App to generate the OTP code. Over the weekend I upgraded my phone and transferred all the apps over to the new device, but the Authenticator App did not pull over my Amazon account details.

I am trying to login to my Amazon account through Seller Central and it is asking for the OTP code from the Authenticator App. However, the Authenticator app is no longer linked to my Amazon Account and is asking for the QR code to set up.

I have started account recovery and sent in a copy of my passport two days ago, contacted Seller Support on my occasions but they keep fobbing me off. I have also provided a secondary email address so that the password reset link can be sent. I have many orders I need to ship and can’t do so because I’m logged out of the account.
