APC Overnight

Hi all,

We ship via APC Overnight (Next day) with valid tracking info etc. Amazon doesn’t seem to recognise this way and my VTR is rock bottom.

All packages are delivered to customers. Has anyone else had this with a certain Courier?

We use APC and all tracking details are recognised by Amazon for us. We are at 100% VTR.

Are you using the full long tracking number?
