Amazon back a fraudster again and roll over
What is than point of signed for goods and a tracked system , might as well just use the cheapest possible way to post. Again a customer states not had product , we produce a full log of address tracking to the same address and a signature that is the same name and guess what A to Z granted to buyer. We appeal and the response we uphold the decision.
At times I swear Amazon hate their sellers as never once had any help when we can prove the buyer is a fraud. Fortunately the frauds are few as most customers are great but if I were to look at the profiles across the selling areas when asking questions etc it would be like this
Website - Informed and just looking for extra info
Ebay - A bit daft
Amazon - Damn right nasty

Item not received A-Z claims, where you have the signature proof of delivery should be always closed in your favor, as long as you represent your case properly, regardless if the signature matches the buyer name.
You can appeal any incorrectly closed claims through the A-Z claim interface using the “Appeal” button, by opening a case with the Seller Support or if nothing works, by e-mailing jeff@amazon.com or managingdirector@amazon.co.uk.
But make sure that your message is brief, easy to read, written in short paragraphs and includes all necessary information and attachments.
Here is an example appeal text:
“Hello, the order was shipped on (date) with tracking number (xxxxxx) by carrier (carrier name). The shipment can be tracked on this link: (link to online tracking showing delivery and signature). According to the order’s tracking information, the package was delivered to the correct address on (date) and signed by (name). Please reverse this incorrectly closed claim since the order was already delivered to the buyer. Thank you.”

the only option with any possibility of success is to create an email with the full basic facts - with evidence and send a copy every 3 or 4 days to Jeff and managingdirector. Keep sending till they correct their mistake.

Amazon are fraudsters themselves, it’s not surprising. Feel your pain.

I have to admit I get exactly the same end result, refund to the customer.
I have even sent them emails from the couriers confirming the drivers GPS outside of the customers door??. There answer was claim against your courier?? and if they tell me one more time that I understand but there is nothing that can do, it really is beginning to get so soul destroying how little support the sellers are getting from Amazon.
