Order is not being picked up, canceled

I see pathetic service from Amazon. I am from Hafeezpet, Hyderabad. Every time there is an order, it is hard to deliver as the delivery agent is very unprofessional and non-responsive on phone. There are instances where my order is canceled as the delivery boy did not turn up.

My recent order (403-3888258-5914765) is also canceled. I kept on trying reach out to delivery agent but no luck.

Is this how we need to do business? Why such flaws in the process? Why we need to call them?

Are they not supposed to come and pick up?
