Is it Quiet?
We seem to be very quiet on FBA side as well as FBM.
We turned off FBM for years and turned back on again this year, not sure if that makes a difference?
But even FBA is quiet for us and down a lot to last year? I know Feb always a bit quiet but not like this?

A few days ago, our FBA sales reduced suddenly. I can think of a bunch of reasons that could have happened, but can’t verify any of them.
That aside, we’re definitely down on what we would normally do at this time of year. Especially on Ebay, which is becoming a graveyard for us. Frequently selling under half of our previous low end of our range. I think the implementation of PPC ads over there has killed off our visibility.

I had a bit of activity around pay day last week but yesterday and today has been extremely slow. I think all of February in general was much quieter than previous years

I had a couple of quiet days too but then had a sudden increase yesterday and today. Try not think too much about it, it should hopefully fix itself.

February was a slow Month but March seems to be better so far. However a lot of my uplift at the moment is for Mother’s day so I am expecting a slower second half of the month.
Competition is mad and there seems to be an influx of new sellers driving prices down on some lines. This impacts sales for a while then they sell out and sales go back to normal.
Also some more long standing sellers haven’t adjusted their prices for recent FBA price increases which is hitting sales on some lines.
With FBM have you checked you still got the buy box if you were switched off for a while?

Was busy (and a nice big order on my site helped) for around payday/start of month, now dead and was dead before. And offline is awful. Never seen it so bad. In the Handmade gift market, so not a necessity. If you think it’s an Amazon thing, it isn’t. Also not much movement in the Best Seller list, showing that others in the same category are not selling either.
Once (if!) they announce further fuel help, things should hopefully improve. Thankfully the cards keep selling and people are still buying 2023 calendars(!), albeit at reduced prices - I ‘tidied’ and found a box. Thought I’d sold out.
Oh and on another market where I do overseas, just had my 1st non-UK order this year (£3.39 woo!). But I was closed for much of the RM cyber stuff.

My cat (fishing) is normally very resilient to downturns but its been very slow this year. This is my quiet time our main sales are normally Apr-Sep.I sell my own used fishing gear on various facebook groups, stuffs usually sells within hours of listing but its taking weeks at far lower prices.
I was talking to the owner of my local tackle shop recently & he took £18 all day on a friday couple of weeks ago!

Very strange sales day for me yesterday, my first sale came in at 9:41am, followed by the second at 17:09. I never go such a long period without any sales, especially being in one of my peak selling months.
Sale no.2 literally seemed to open the flood gates, as I pretty much nearly ended up with an average sales day from 5pm to midnight!
I also seemed to have several orders taking longer than the usual 30 minute clearing period, and some popping up completely out of order through the evening, too.

Sales have been down the last week, but February was strong

These posts are honestly pointless.
I know it makes you feel better to know that you aren’t alone and other people are quiet as well
But these posts always go exactly the same way
Someone will post that its quiet
Others will come along and confirm its quiet for them too
Others will come along and say its the busiest ever for them
Others will come along and say its normal for them
