Gesellschaftswechsel Verkäuferkonto übertragen
Hallo zusammen,
seit dem 01.02.2024 bin ich Gesellschafterin einer neuen GbR, auf die das bestehende Verkäuferkonto übertragen werden soll. Nun fordert mich Amazon immer wieder auf die Unternehmensform zu prüfen. Sobald ich Einzelunternehmen auswähle wird immer nach einer Registernummer gefragt. Diese Nummer erhalten aber nur Unternehmen, die notariell beglaubigt sind. Das kann nicht stimmen, denn meine alte GbR hat auch OHNE Notar problemlos auf Amazon verkaufen können. Ich verstehe das Problem nicht und erhalte nicht ausreichend Informationen von Amazon. Kann jemand seine Erfahrungen teilen?

Can anyone share their experiences?"
