Shipment is delivered but not checked in

I have an FBA shipment that was delivered on May 28 to Amazon warehouse, but have not been checked in. When I contacted Amazon support, they just ask me to wait but it has been more than 10 days. We will be running OOS very soon.

Ticket ID ID 15381805941. Shipment ID is FBA181FVXC0R.

Unfortunately there's nothing a human can do to hurry the process along. You just have to wait until your shipment gets to the head of the line and checked in.
