since 1st of april our account is in verification progress. every 2 weeks we have been asked different documents to upload.last time 18th working days before we have been asked to upload address proof which is uploaded and waiting for verification. 18th working days passed. we need urgent action for this.

Thanks for your post. My name's Oliver and I want to help you with your question about account verification today.
You explain you received repeated requests for documents to submit and experienced a long review time.
First of all, I apologize for the inconvenience of long waiting time. The Identity verfication team is currently busy but tries to answer as quickly as possible. After first getting the request to submit documents for verification, you have 60 days to provide all that is needed. I want to let you know that once you submit documents and our team is checking them, the timeline stops and picks up once they answer you.
So please make sure to daily check your performance notifications and the identity page to see if they finished the review and if anything else is needed. Even though you submit it through the German Marketplace the answer is often sent to the UK Marketplace.
Another way to speed up the process is to double-check the documents BEFORE submitting:
- do NOT submit screenshots, but pdfs or scans
- The information in the document must match the information in your Seller Central account
- utility bills and registration extracts should be maximum 90 days old
I hope your documents will soon be checked and your account verfied.
