We have temporarily removed your ability to submit listings (creating new offers or new ASINs)
Hi, yesterday we got this error message (see below full error that appears in the upload reports) when using ScanLister to upload our used book listings. This has continued today.
I’ve reached out to seller support but the response so far is just that they’ve contacted the relevant team.
We’re not a new account, our listing amount is similar to before, our listings that we are adding are all existing ASINs and all used books. We sell high four figure unit count per month - we’re probably 5 to 10% of the size of the biggest used bookseller on here, so not exactly small fry. We’ve never drop-shipped - we own and store all our MF inventory - and our account is in great health. We were listing similar amounts or more last autumn.
Why has this suddenly happened, and how can we fix it?
I see other threads on the topic but they all seem to be new sellers or dropshippers, neither of which apply to us.
I’ve got a team of staff unable to work due to not being able to list, and more staff jobs on the line if we can’t list the books they are bringing in.

We have temporarily removed your ability to submit listings (creating new offers or new ASINs) because an unusually high number of listings have been created from your account. Please refer to the ASIN Creation Policy page (https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/201844590) for more information on how to avoid receiving this error message. If you believe your listing creation privileges have been removed in error, please contact Seller Support by using the following link

I got this a couple weeks ago, when I relisted all our inventory on .DE after having taken them all down back in January.
They wouldn’t budge on it, said I had to wait a week. Then I started listing again and got teh same block.

This is one of the reasons you shouldn’t take for granted your ability to sell on Amazon as your account can be restricted at any time and for many reasons.

Hello everyone,
I have the same problem on the amazon.fr and i sell since 2014, i was uploading the csv file to delete some products and add others depending on our inventory, it only processed 400 listings, and the rest it was blocked,
I have +80K products online and we do 5K to 6K orders per month, i used to upload files that contains 35 or 40K products to update the inventory levels and it never had any problem, i have opened two cases with seller support, and they said they will contact the relevant team, and i still have nothing, not even one offer to be added and we are also blocked with our sales, hopefully they won’t say it’s a week that i need to wait to get back the ability to create offers,
please if you have any news from the team, help me with what will they say, and i will post their answer too when i receive

Its getting worse.
Now all our accounts are under “might be getting suspended” as our “Valid Tracking Rate.” is between 4-16%. Three days ago it has been 90-98%. Even where we still have 98% we get this silly warning.
It seems they have a major issue here with the Valid Tracking Rate and this causes those listing issues.

My limit got lifted today, half a week after it was imposed. The email pasted at end.
My valid tracking rate is 100% so I don’t think it is linked to that.
I don’t think I created any new ASINs in months for context.

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
‘Your listing creation privileges have been restored. You are now able to create ASINs and offers.
We have your throttling limit temporarily increased. Please allow 24 hours for this update to take effect.
Please note that we will not disclose the increased limit amount or time frame.
Note: Please make sure to only create ASINs for products that are not currently in the Amazon catalogue in order to avoid duplicates, and issues in the future.
