Business Verification Process
Hi All,
Hope you’re all well,
Just a quick question, because I stray further and further from what I believe they require
Statutes (by-laws/articles of association) - Upload document
See below;
- The business statutes in the document are incomplete.
- The business statutes information in the document does not match the beneficial owner information entered in Seller Central.
- The business statutes in the document do not contain the most recent shareholder information.
Now… What specific document do I need? And where can I update the beneficial owner and the most recent shareholder information within Amazon?

If your business is a UK limited company, you get the documents from the Companies House website. If it’s registered in another country, then the equivalent website for that country. If your business is not a limited company or the overseas equivalent, the documents won’t exist. What type of business did you tell Amazon you were when you opened your account?

It’s not a sole trader cos mine says sole trader not privately owned business so it must be option 3

Oh that is new direction to me.
Anyway sorry if I wasn’t clear, here are the details
I received initial request on 4th Feb,
Second time was on 11th Feb where I was wrongly advised by rep that submitted info was sufficient☹️
Third time was on 6th when my funds were held and again I submitted wrong info☹️
The fourth time they requested the info, was on 20 mar but the option to edit wasn’t open😡
I have had 3 or 4 cases ‘transferred’ by seller support to verification team over last 2 weeks but according to reps these have yet to looked at by verification team.
Have also emailed verification team on few occasions.
I am just waiting
I can only bless you for your concern🤗
