"An error occurred when we tried to process your request."
I’ve been trying to add products to the Amazon catalog for days and when I want to edit the products in my inventory, I get the error I wrote below.
“An error occurred when we tried to process your request. We apologize for the inconvience.
Rest assured that we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please try again at a later time.”
This problem has been going on for about 10 days. However, all Seller Support officials that I have contacted with before opened a case and said that I should wait for 48 hours. I spent much more than 48 hours waiting.
What did I try to solve this problem?
I cleared my web browser’s cookies, history and cache.
I used a different web browser. (latest versions of Chrome, Mozilla, Safari)
Tried from multiple different devices. (latest versions of Windows 10, iOS 15.3)
I’ve talked to dozens of Seller support members! but none of them have been able to resolve this issue.
