i done contact several time for fix this issue by email & cheat but they inform me going to transfer this case to other department but i don’t see any progress case close again and again without solve the issue customer service they not provide me ant solution’s Nothing they wasting my time i unable to solve this AMAZON CALL ME BACK SYSTEM ISSUE IN MY ACCOUNT DON’T WORK i accept many advice which chinge browser & cookies all job done 7 time 15 days not working system saying only == Internal failure

First off - we are not Amazon, we are fellow sellers (though there is the odd forum moderator that helps out now and then)

Second - Amazon will not call you back cause you asked here

What exactly is it you are trying to do when you get this error? and maybe we can try to help.

Hi,

I am having the exact same issue for over a week now and I am being told the same thing that they will call me back. I reported the issue via chat and email that I cannot use the option of call me however they cant resolve the issue not sure who to report.

If more than just you is having the problem then it appears to be an issue on Amazons end.

From what I have heard even if they do call you back they often just tell you they will pass your details onto the relevant department anyway
