I hope this message finds you well. I'm encountering a challenging situation with an Amazon order and would appreciate your insights and advice.
Issue:
I recently discovered a pricing error on one of our listings, which resulted in an order being placed at an incorrect price. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to cancel the order through Seller Central. The system does not allow me to cancel it, and I have not been able to contact the buyer directly through the available channels.

Steps Taken:
1. Attempted to cancel the order through Seller Central.
2. Contacted Amazon Seller Support multiple times, but have not received a resolution.

How did you manage to successfully cancel the order or resolve the issue with Amazon?
Any tips or strategies for effectively reaching Amazon support for urgent issues like this?

Really unsure why you cannot cancel the order ? There is a 'cancel order' button to the right of the order page, and then a dropdown appears to give the reason for cancelling.
Seller Support will not get back to you quickly. If I ever have to cancel an order, I always contact the customer first to explain why - you just need to click on the order details, then 'contact buyer'.
Contacting SS multiple times is not the way forward, as each contact gets put to the end of the queue.
It should be straightforward If you have not sent it, there is a button to cancel it. Pick the reason best suits and hit cancel. Good practice would be to call the customer first and explain to them, that you can't afford to send them items at a loss.
It might have a temp blip in your metrics but you just need to sacrifice that for sort period.
if its an FBA order. you can not cancel it. i had the same issue as well wanted to put 30 pounds, i put 3 pounds and a customer cleared all my inventory and amazon said you cant cancel because we want our customer to have a great shopping experience. ontop of that they also charged me a wild amount of FBA fees. very sorry brother i know exactly how you must be feeling
