Merchant Seller Fees VAT Invoice For August totally wrong.
Has anyone received there Merchant seller fees invoice for August ? We have its totally wrong it only includes fees for the 1st of August. I am already locked in combat with seller suport trying to explain to them there are 31 days in August and they have only included the fees for 1 day - the 1st of August there are no fees for the other 30 days...
Thus far seller support cannot fathom what I am saying as they are not that sharp.
Anyone else there seller/merchant fees and found days are missing? I think its going to be a long road when we are dealing with seller support. This concept seems too hard for them to understand.

Have the same issue but with Fulfillment by Amazon Tax Invoice. One line only and no VAT. Should VAT be applied to Fulfilment by Amazon Fees? Who to contact in this case?

How do you know what day/date the invoice was for?
I had mine yesterday and all it says is invoice date 31st August and then a 1 line total of the fees and VAT applied. It does not specify or show anywhere if the fees are from 1-31 August or some other date range.

im thinking that the one line that everyone got was on the day that amazon started to charge vat on fees but it was before the change over, i noticed that my one line doesnt show vat, so when they eventually send us the correct doc it will be after these transactions, just a thought

The FBA invoice is still missing. Contact them and still have not sorted.
