Meltable Products

Im hoping you lovely bunch can help me with this as seller support has been no use what so ever

All i have got back from them is about gated products and how to sell them

I currently sell in a gated product group which we have full access to do so

With in the product group it includes metable products Im under the impression that these are restricted from sale between 16th april and 15th october and cannot be sent to amazon for prime etc

I was just doing a search of the products and they are all over amazon for sale especially through prime
Some are coming from individual sellers but a lot from amazon themselves

Can any one clarify this policy to me as if we are allowed to sell them all year round that is a big bonus for us
