Account Deactivated in USA and UAE marketplace
Hi Amazon Team,
my seller account is deactivated since that day i have submit required documents to amazon and its more 2 days i did not get any response yet my FBA inventory is already on the way to amazon warehouse this is my 6 month old account with good selling history i have never ever faced any issue everything was going smoothly its UAE base individual account and i have active sell globally option on it 1st they deactivate my USA marketplace and next day they deactivate my uae marketplace as well i am not sure why its happened

I understand one of your marketplaces has been deactivated for a specific reason and, in turn, all other global marketplaces have also been deactivated.
In terms of the reason for the first deactivation, it does appear you will need to provide a utility bill and a business license if you have one. In order to ensure your documents are not rejected, make sure that they meet the below requirement:
- Be valid (not revoked, inactive or closed)
- Be high resolution and unobstructed (clear, readable, visible, and in focus)
- Be complete and not cut off from any sides (not angled or cropped)
- Be a scanned image or photo of the original document taken from your mobile device's camera
- Screenshots are not acceptable
A utility bill must contain below details:
- Must have holders name and address
- Must have service provider's name, address, and logo (if logo is applicable)
- Must have issue date or due date and usage details (if applicable)
- Must be issued within the past 90 days
- Be authentic and unaltered
- Must not be password-protected
- Be in one of these supported languages: Arabic, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese. If your documents are not in a supported language, you must submit a notarized translation in a supported language along with the original document.
- Account holders name and address in at least one of the documents must match the information entered in Seller Central
Have you submitted these documents and do they meet the requirements above?
In regards to other marketplace accounts being deactivated, this is due to the seller code of conduct and the multiple accounts policy. All accounts owned and operated by the same person or business must remain in active, good standing at all times to avoid a mass deactivation of accounts (or marketplaces in this case). It is important to reactivate the marketplace which was first deactivated prior to reactivating all other marketplaces.
