Why my account again got deactive

I just got email on 5.Feb. noticed me that my account now is active, but why today when I entered and found out again de-active...

the bank account, told me verification is successfully done, but why today again saying my bank account needs to be verified...

Amazon, what's wrong with you!!!!!
