VAT liability payment and detailed transactions report from Amazon UK

My name is Ellie from Addlink Technology Corp. It's my pleasure to talk to you.
We have been opening cases since May to ask Amazon UK to provide VAT liability payment and detailed transactions report. The purpose is to provide this document to the UK Government for tax refund, so that we can pay the tax to Amazon.
The Support Team asked us to contact mdri-exec-escalations@ amazon.com.uk. We had to wait 72 hours for a reply on 06/03, and another 72 hours for a reply on 06/06, so we had to wait for more than a week. We cannot wait any longer because we will suffer more penalty from the Government.
Could you please help us to transfer it to the team responsible for tax? Or provide us with their contact information so that we could just contact them directly?
We indeed need to deal with this urgently, hope to get your reply ASAP, thank you.

I will be closing this thread as a duplicate of willing to pay back the VAT owed to Amazon but mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk does not respond
