Can't generate labels with FedEx or UPS on Amazon buy shipping

Can't generate labels with FedEx or UPS on Amazon buy shipping.

The services and prices are showing up just can buy shipping.

Next to the buy shipping button it says "Error occurred. Please try with a different delivery method."

Tried multiple different browsers and devices no luck.

Support is no help. Keeps sending directions explaining how to generate a label. Doesn't work.

My carrier accounts are not connected to my Amazon account. (Using Amazons Rates)

Any suggestions?

Is this a new issue for you, or have you been having issues selecting UPS/FedEx in Buy Shipping before today?
