Deactivated account! help please

Hello! We registrated our company in European marketplace (UK)
Day ago we got massage from amazon “We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time”.

To reactivate your account, schedule an appointment to complete your identity verification via video call within the next 7 days. This verification is required as an enhanced security measure.

Then they attached the link for via video call but this page is empty

What are we doing wrong?

1. Click the following link and sign in to your Seller Central account when prompted.

2. If you signed in on a new device or have removed your cookies, you will be redirected to the “Select a Merchant and Marketplace” page. On this page, select “United States” from the “Select an Account” drop-down menu. Make sure to select this option regardless of the marketplace.
3. Click “Select Account.”
4. On the “Identity Verification” page, follow the instructions on screen to schedule a video call and select a date and time slot for your appointment among the available options.
5. Review the appointment time and the other resources to prepare for the video call.
6. Click “Next” to confirm the appointment.

If the link is not working they usually have to reset it and I believe either @Jessica or @Ash_Amazon can request this

Not the help you want, but I would highly suggest looking for an AMZ account specialist. I have one, pay them around 2 grand a year, and they deal with issues like this on my behalf.

They seem to be able to convey facts more clearly to CS than I can. I do highly recommend it!

And im very tight. Trust me its worth it.

PS - You need to give more info, like, what reason was your account deactivated?

Hello, please. My account is deactivated. I would like some information. I have already deregistered my VAT on June and and it’s September I have not yet been charged the fees for the filling period.
I would like to know, if possible:

  1. Why the delay;
  2. If I will be charged the values referring to the period of the fills or of the current table of taxes? I am asking this because in October I know they will have some adjustments, and if it has not yet been charged, based on which table I will be charged?
