Transparency Account Manager MIA
Hello,
I have enrolled in brand registry and the transparency program. I have 4 products enrolled and I went to purchase labels so I can start implementing the program but the label company won't fulfill the order without my emailing my transparency account manager with my brand ID. No one has reached out to us since we signed up for transparency months ago and I can't find another way to determine who this person is. Is there a way to get my transparency account manager to reach out?

I've gone ahead and personally reached out to the Transparency team to have them jump in here! As soon as I hear back from them on next steps, I'll let you know.
