RE the following FBA Shipment:

This shipment was collected yesterday and has not yet reached your fulfilment centre.

I realised this morning I have made an error on this shipment

I sent in 150 units of one product, but unfortunately added the wrong product to the shipment.

I've spoken with seller support who were the usual zero help. Case ID 10648091532 refers

I just literally want to update this FBA shipment so they expect 150 units of X0026T93DV instead of 150 units of X001PRTX1H. Everything else is as is.

They are all labelled correctly etc, I just put it in wrong on the shipment.

Hi all

I sent products to amazon (75 units) through a non partnered carrier and I can see that they have now been delivered to the Amazon warehouse. Whilst i created a shipment and added labels to all my products, when logging back in there was no record of the shipment created.

I considered creating a shipment after and adding the parcel tracking number but after speaking to Amazon I was advised not to do this. The representative stated that when the items are checked in, the FNSKU scanned will enable Amazon to upload the items to my inventory. The representative said to wait a minimum of 14 days.

It is a silly mistake I made but I wanted to check if anyone has had a similar experience and how they dealt with it?

I had a look at voice of the customer today and lots of customers are complaining about receiving the wrong colour, they are tubes of silicone sealant that look the same but obviously contain differing colours.

Each colour is sent in with FBA stickers applied at my warehouse, a minimum of one box of each colour is sent to FBA, no mixed boxes are sent.

For whatever reason FBA occasionally oversticker my labels with their own and then end up sending the wrong colour out. These are some examples:

The silicone delivered was cream in colour instead of dark grey.

Silicone is dark blue rather than dark grey. Can supply a photo.

Silicon tube says dark grey on outside as ordered but when tube opened it is white. (I don't sell white!)

Item delivered should be grey but green in colour

There should be no comingling as there is no-one else selling these. Does anyone have any idea of why FBA might do this? And what I could do to stop them? It's no good opening cases.
