Hazmat classification review - SDS not being accepted.

Can any of the moderators please help.
We had been asked to provided SDS for one of our own branded product which we provided multiple times but each time we upload SDS, after couple of days the status of the classification changes to "unable to classify. Please submit SDS" in other words its not being accepted.
And the issue is they are not telling us what is wrong with the provided SDS.
We are going back and forth since last month and are loosing lot of revenue each day.

When I've had this issue, it's because the product name on the SDS doesn't exactly match the listing title and/or because the SDS is not dated within the last 5 years.
