As far as I know, this is not possible. They may have bought your product but they’re not your customers - they’re Amazon’s customers.

You can download an order report but you are very limited in what you can use that data for
If its for review or feedback requests, amazon already send them
There is a request review button on each order but you need to make sure you only click it once

Then what other data can I export from Amazon portal?

Can I ask why you want to extract the data and which data you are wanting, and what for ?
You need to remember the GDPR rules, as even Amazon themselves remove most of the customer’s address after a while.

Data like name, email id and phone no. We want the data because we have sold our products to them.

Unfortunately as you are finding out because I want to isn’t a valid reason
I have never felt the need to download a list of names of all my customers so there must be some reason you want to.
Is it to check if there are repeat customers? Blacklist some buyers? Send them a message (for instance requesting reviews, feedback)? Sent them information about other products or a website you may have?
There is some reason you want all the information… what is it?

In Seller Central go to Payments>payments>Date Range Reports
Where it says ‘Not seeing the document you need?’ Generate Report - click Generate Report - where it says ‘Please select a report type’ - choose Transaction and then select a date range - Click GENERATE
After a few minutes Download your report and open it in Excel or Google Sheets
The report will contain all your transactions during the selected date range together with some limited customer details
Hope this helps

There are times that I wish Amazon did monitor the forums.
