Hyperwallet Verification
Can anyone help me with regards to registering my Hyperwallet account please?
I reside in South Africa and keep getting a Error 403 message from Hyperwallet when I try to register. Amazon tell me to contact Hyperwallet and Hyperwallet tell me that Amazon need to ‘open my payment portal’ and ‘verify my business name and email address’??!!
Around and around I have been for the last 8 months and have still not received one cent of the money Amazon owe to me.

Amazon Seller Central's using Hyperwallet Instructions
Log in to Seller Central.
Choose Settings and click Account Info .
On the Seller Account Information page, go to the Payment Information section and click Bank Account Information .
Click Replace deposit method if a bank account is already registered, or Assign .
Select the country of your bank account in the Bank Location drop-down menu.
Click Sign up for Hyperwallet to apply for a Hyperwallet deposit account. You will be re-directed to Hyperwallet’s website, where you can apply for a Hyperwallet account using your Amazon Seller credentials.
For the UK Marketplace, if you already have a Hyperwallet account, return to Seller Central, select United Kingdom as the Bank Location Country and enter the deposit account details that Hyperwallet has provided to you.
If you have questions about your bank account information in Seller Central, see our Help page on Bank Account Information. For questions about your Hyperwallet account, see here (available in English, Mandarin, French, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Japanese).

I did check on the status of my account and it says “Account Status Valid”.
Please can I check with you regarding my Business Account - I have an American Express card which says ‘Business Cheque’ on it as well as a VISA card which says ‘Debit Card’ on it. I have contacted my bank to find out re a Credit card. Do you think that perhaps this is what Hyperwallet is picking up as an error?
When I first opened my Amazon account, I registered my husband’s credit card so it does not therefore show my business’s name. Again, could this be a problem?

Please can you advise regarding my previous message.
Is it adequate that my account status says “Valid”?
Could this be the reason why Hyperwallet are giving me a continual error message?
