Hi,
I have applied for the Amazon Account but I am stuck in verification - Amazon is asking for the Bank Account Verification for the Business Proof of Address whereas I need to submit utility bill - Whenever i am trying to submit any other document, it doesn’t accept and throws error of invalid document.
how do i get other utility bill button upload option in business proof of address verification for KYC in UK.

Yes from UK but currently out of UK, how can i submit other documents or any other proof of address for business , other than bank account statement - i have seen other people having option to upload other forms of documents such as water, gas and electricity

What information am I required to provide?
- Private limited liability companies registered in the United Kingdom:
- Current Appointments Report (CAR) dated from the past 90 day
- Utility Bill, Bank Statement or Credit Card Statement in the name of the Business and dated from the past 90 days
- Articles of Association
- Memorandum of Association or Statement of Capital - this document displays the shareholders and the division of the shares

Submitting a bank statement is essential for bank account verification, everyone has to do it

The document must meet all the criteria listed below:
- Dated within the last 180 days.
- Signed or stamped by the bank.
- Shows the bank name or logo.
- Shows the account holder’s name, residential address, and bank account number.
