Subject: Urgent: No Response from Amazon Support for 14 Days

Hello,

It has been over two weeks since we have been trying to reach out to Amazon's customer service through the provided email addresses without receiving any response. We are concerned about the lack of communication from their end. We understand that Amazon's customer service can be very busy, but as sellers, we are just trying to do our job efficiently. @Sarah_Amzn

Additionally, we have also tried contacting Amazon through social media where we have been tagged, but we have not received any reply.

We are at a loss and unsure of how to proceed to reactivate our account. Can you provide us with guidance or alternatives to resolve this issue?

I assume you mean Seller Support ? - as Customer Service is for customers/buyers. I am not sure that tag you have done for Sarah is active ? - I have tagged another mod for you.
