Lightning Deal - Zero Stats & "Product Needs Attention" Message

Hi everyone,

We ran a Lightning Deal today from 7:40 AM to 7:40 PM PST. While we had some overall sales, our Lightning Deal report shows zero views, zero sales, and zero conversions. The deal tracker also shows the message: "1 product needs your attention. View these product(s) only."

We were expecting a boost from the deal, so this is confusing. Has anyone else experienced this? What does the "needs your attention" status typically mean for a live deal?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Hello @Seller_HJZZpg5GdazXj,

My name is Dougal from the Community manager Team and I would be happy to look into this for you. Please note that sales data can sometimes take up to 2 hours to become available after the deal has ended.

Since this post was from 10/1, I am guessing your deal ran within a day or 2 of the post? Are you still not seeing any data?

If so, I can definitely take a look and potentially escalate as necessary. Have you opened a seller support case yet? If not, I recommend doing that first so I can take that case to the next level (if needed), but if you just want me to take a look, I can do that as well. I just need the "Internal description," from the deal details and I will have a look.

Best, Dougal
