I want to close my account!
I want to close my account beacause it is deactivated and I have appealead but they does not do anything. Please suggest me what I can do?

You can't close an account unless it is in good standing.
So if you are unable to reactivate an account, the only thing you can do is make sure that you are on the Individual plan, and walk away.
Note that if you don't fix the problems with your account, you will never be allowed to sell on Amazon in the future.

You can not close a deactivated account. And you can not create a new one, that one would be deactivated too immediately.

Listen to Ramon post everything you have in Amazons wording to let the people on here be able to pinpoint the exact reason and what they want from you to reinstate. It can be devastating if you're not in the wrong but most of the time they just want something very specific from you.

You cannot close a deactivated account. You can post your original deactivation notice to see if anyone can help with getting your account active.

Why? Do You want to open another one? It is not working like this, you have to repair the one you have, it is the only chance to get back on Amazon.

Call and call and ask for a top level account review team to call you. I fought for a year to gain access to my account. I did , and now everything is fine.
IT took me 10 appeal letters, a year of correspondence, and weeks of calling over and over until i got an American call center supervisor to help.
