VTR dropped to 0% although all the cross border small letters are below 20 euros

Hi,

Does anyone has the same problem, my VTR was always 100 %, I sent to Germany from UK, all orders below 20 euros and use Royal Mail , normal letter. From the drop down menu I choose Royal Mail and the other drop down menu royal mail 2nd class stamp. Up to now al was fine , but for the last 2 weeks all the orders sent like this was counted like non exempted and counted against my VTR , anyone can shed some light on it? Maybe you had a problem and managed to solve it ? or you choose something else from drop down menu?

Hello @Seller_dOiQTiNwFBWw1!

This sounds like something may have changed in how Amazon's system is mapping "Royal Mail 2nd class stamp" to the tracking exemption for cross-border low-value orders. If nothing changed on your end (same shipping service selection, same order values below €20, same process), then it's likely either a system update to how that service is classified or a bug in the exemption calculation.

A couple of things to check: first, confirm your orders are still showing as below the exemption threshold in your Order Reports (the threshold is calculated at the time of shipment). Second, check if the "Royal Mail 2nd class stamp" option is still categorised the same way in your shipping settings, as Amazon occasionally updates shipping service mappings.

If everything looks the same on your end, open a case with Seller Support (Help > Get Support > Shipping and Delivery > Valid Tracking Rate) and explain that previously exempt cross-border orders below €20 are now counting against your VTR despite no changes to your process. Share the case ID here and we can review further if needed.

Exact same issue. What option do we choose for shipments under the threshold of ~€20, Amazon?

Been using Royal Mail 2nd Class for months without any issue; now it is an issue and the VTR is under 5% (due to around 5% of shipments being tracked.)

Please help ASAP.

Exact same issue did you find a resolution as I am getting nowhere with Amazon seller support?
