Is anyone having problems with charge methods this morning?
my starling business debit card has suddenly stopped being valid and all attempts to re verify it have failed

I’ll say it quietly just in case Amazon are listening but all seems ok on my account. I have a Starling sole trader account with Mastercard debit card if that’s relevant. Not sure if their Ltd company accounts use a different card.

it seems to be an amazon issue as i have spoken to starling and they said all is fine on their end, mine is a starling sole trader business account
I’m scared to open a case for this as the response i usually get is always completely unrelated the the case problem

Yes! I have a Starling business account for my LTD. It’s been going on since 7.30am for me. Contacted Seller Central and they had no clue. It’s also happened to another seller but I don’t know what bank he’s with… I’ve emailed the managing director because I got no where with seller central help. They just read from their script as usual.

Yes, same here! Spoken with amazon seller central numerous times. All telling me there is an issue with my starling card or bank account permissions which i’ve assured hasnt changed and has been working normally the past 5 months!
You would have thought they’d clocked this is an amazon issue and let us know about it.

Same here my sole trader starling account card has suddenly stopped working as a charge method. Disbursement has been stopped.
I have successfully updated the same card and Amazon have charged by starling account with £1 , then it stopped working again.
Re entered same card as a new one, Amazon charged my card with £1 successfully again. Just waiting to see if it will fail again
I haven’t changed a thing with no issues for over three years on this card so something surely with Amazon???
