Misinformation on Amazon emails about Fulfillment : Amazon Fulfilled Refund Initiated for Order

Starting on 03/13/2024, the emails Amazon sends about Amazon Fulfilled orders being returned seem to have misinformation.

In the FBA return emails with a subject "Refund Initiated for Order..." there is a message that belongs on the FBM return emails. It states the following, "In case you would like to appeal the refund decision, you can file a Safe-T Claim using Seller Central. For more information on Safe -T reimbursements, visit our help page".

The FBM return emails do not have the message. I believe someone put the Safe-T claim information on the wrong email template.

I did use the "Report an issue with the email" on the bottom of the email but I am not sure if that was the correct way to bring attention to a possible mistake.

My apologies in advance if I am incorrect but to my knowledge, Safe-T claims are normally for Seller Fulfilled orders. Not FBA.

Here is a partial image of the section of the FBA return email.

I appreciate you reaching out about this and for your patience here!

I'm just coming across this thread and wanted to thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will pass this information along internally to the proper partner team.

Thanks so much!
