I have emailed every email I can think of, managing director, disbursement, seller emails you name it. This is my issue below (not using my real emails):
I am in a state of desperation trying to contact Amazon to sort this issue for myself. I want my Amazon seller account deactivated but I have absolutely zero access due to the email being deleted. I will explain best as possible.
05/07/2024 - This is when I first made an amazon seller account under the account called SWJ STUDIOS under ‘1234@ gmail,com’. I had logged in and out of the account too quickly on my phone and PC and got it locked. I therefore contacted amazon support, which I thought was the seller number but it was the buyer number and they told me they deleted the account as it was 'inactive'. I eventually got through to accounts on the phone, in which my account got unlocked. I ignored the emails to ensure my account didn’t get deleted and it still did.
I contacted support again and they said there was no record of my account now it had been deleted, despite having sent inventory to amazon in this time. This is because Amazon buyer had deleted my buyer account under 1234@ gmail,com which in adversely was linked to the seller account and I was presented with 'this email doesn't exist'
I therefore made a new account, SWJ STORES, and this was deactivated until i supplied all my documents to show it was me. I had been using this account fine since this deactivation.
I have no access to my old account as it was deleted but there is still active listings as I am receiving emails with products being purchased and I am being charged a monthly fee. It says there is no account recognised under ‘1234@ gmail,com’. I only have one store named SWJ STORES (5678@ gmail,com) and USED to have another called SWJ STUDIOS. I was told i had to make a new one by amazon support as i couldn’t access my account under ‘1234@ gmail,com’.
I understand you're only allowed one amazon seller account. I only ever had one at once but I had no choice as to make a second so I could contact seller support through that one, but I was told they cannot get any access to my original account as I need to contact seller support through that. Which I clearly cannot as stated above.
As stated above I have only had TWO amazon accounts. This was deactivated and deleted as a result of a fault of the amazon support line. They deleted my account after I was querying over a temporary lock out caused by quick log in attempts. I have no way of accessing this original account as ‘this email does not exist’. This is simply a mistake. I have active listings under ‘1234@ gmail,com’ which I cannot access or retract from amazon. I am therefore paying a monthly fee which I cannot stop.
I have called seller support and buyer support many times now and have been told by both many times that this issue cannot be resolved by them. I have lost roughly £300 now due to monthly fees that I cannot cancel. I am worried that cancelling my card with accrue debt on the account. Not to mention the stock that I have sold and have no access to the sales.
I simply want the account deleted and ideally the monthly payments back. But at the very least the account gone so I no longer pay the fee.
I hope this is something that I can be aided in. If not please tell me what I can do. I can't afford to pay this ~£30 fee every month for absolutely no reason.
I have all the receipts and screenshots of emails and timelines if required. I can get these together and show all the times I have paid for the fee from the minute my account got deleted.
