What if Competitor Placing Fake Orders
Hi Amazon and fellow sellers,
I am having a situation now where a customer just placed multiple orders in the US, and it appears quite suspicious. I have strong suspicions that these orders might be coming from a competitor.
This week I just dealt with a similar issue in Canada. A customer (I think she's from the competitor) left a 1-star feedback and a corresponding 1-star product review. Fortunately, the feedback was swiftly removed because it mentioned the competitor’s brand name. However, the product review remains visible.
Now, I find myself wondering: What steps should I take? I lack concrete evidence, but what if my suspicions are accurate? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or advice from you.
Thanks.

Hi @Seller_sDpmZ4w4PDYa1
I am sorry to hear about this issue you may be facing. You need to report this abuse, you do not need to have proof. Be logged on your selling account in Seller Central, and then use the link below to make a report. Give enough details, such as Order numbers, so that the team can research to see if it is a bad actor. We are unable to report the results and any actions we have taken, but it is still important to make the report.
Thank you for selling on Amazon, and thank you for taking the time to report the abuse.
Susan
